New Chapter Learning LLC, offers the Davis Dyslexia Correction (R) Program which provides learning solutions for adults and children 8 years or older for solving problems with reading, math, attention focus, coordination (dyspraxia), speech and handwriting (dysgraphia).

At New Chapter Learning we believe that learning problems are not the result of neurological damage or malformation of the brain. Rather, the inability to process this information is an inherited trait that is present in everyone, famous or not, who primarily thinks with pictures. Because this individual primarily thinks with pictures instead of words, the current school curriculum is not addressing the needs of these bright and talented students.

Dyslexia should not be confused with reversals of letters alone. The term dyslexia in its simplest terms is defined as a picture-thinking individual who cannot decode phonics, is easily distracted and/or transposes letters, numbers or symbols. The symptoms of learning disabilities can be numerous; however the root cause is the ability to think in pictures. We believe that this ability, when used to its fullest potential, is actually a gift. This program blends beautifully with the home school setting.
