Allegan - Allegan Area Homeschoolers

We welcome anyone who is homeschooling or interested in homeschooling. We are a very informal, loosely organized group. Our main purpose is to support homeschooling families, and share information with anyone who is interested in homeschooling.

We have had a yearly fair/talent show, monthly craft days, open-gym time, Scholastic book orders, game days, field trips and other activities as desired and/or organized by members. Our events are coordinated on our Yahoo group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/alleganhomeschool/

Parent meetings (also open to grandparents or community members) are held the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 pm, in the school building of Blessed Sacrament Church on the corner of M-89 and Hubbard Street in Allegan (elevator available). The Church address is 110 Cedar St, Allegan, 49010. Please use the right-hand set of doors.

No Membership dues, but some activities may have a fee.
